Easy 7-Day Returns

We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. And, if you prefer to return the goods, please make sure the items are in good condition, not used, and are well packed when shipping back to us. We will issue the full refund within 3 business days after getting returned goods. However, in this case, buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of items-back to the seller, and for providing with a valid tracking number.

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Women's swimwear is eligible for return only if the sanitary liner is place. Underwear, Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

International Shipping

We are proud to use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. They ships packages Monday thru Friday and in most areas will deliver ground shipments on Saturday. Remember, some of our items are made to order and ship from alternate warehouses. Make sure to check the product detail page to check if your item has a lead time.
